Terms and Conditions

RESERVATIONS:

All bookings may be made only through Executive Global Travel, Inc. (EGT). A deposit of $400 per person is required for each Land and Air package. A deposit of $200 is required for each Land package. A deposit of 20% of the total price for each package, per person, is required for All land and/or Air packages whenever these packages involve the participation of celebrities. All deposits must be made at the time of bookings. The balance of payment for each package is to be made no later than 60 days prior to departure unless otherwise provided for. We accept personal checks, money orders and major credit cards. Credit card payments may be made by telephone, fax or mail. All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and EGT reserves the right to change prices should rates of exchange fluctuate. Prices, however, are guaranteed once a booking and deposit is made and accepted.

IMPORTANT:

All deposits and balance payments made to EGT, once received and cleared by EGT, with the sole exception of minimal administrative expenses, will be deposited in EGT's escrow account at the New York City, New York office of Citi Bank. Said deposits and balance payments will remain in EGT's escrow account until used for the sole purpose of securing reservations / services for the particular package for which they were received and any balance thereafter until the issuance and dispatch of finalized package documentation to the package participants. EGT maintains insurance insuring the escrow account deposits against misappropriation and misuse.

DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT

Full payment is required upon Booking by credit card. We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. The credit card select for payment will be charged for the total price of the reservation.

CANCELLATIONS:

Any cancellation made up to 60 days prior to departure will entail a penalty equal to the deposit made for the reservation. Any cancellation made between 59 to 21 days before departure will entail a penalty of 50% of the package price. Any cancellation made between 21 and 7 days before departure will entail a penalty of 75% of the package price. Any cancellation made within one week of departure will result in forfeiture of the full package price. These penalties apply regardless of the reason(s) for the cancellation. Additionally, there is a penalty of the entire package price for any "no show". While the initial notification of cancellation may be made to EGT by telephone, all cancellations to be effective, must be received at EGT's office in written form. If any package is canceled by EGT, all deposits and payments will be refunded in full. All applicable airline cancellation policies will apply.

IMPORTANT:

CANCELLATION AND TRIP INTERRUPTION INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND IS OBTAINABLE BY YOU THROUGH EGT. SAID INSURANCE IS RELATIVELY INEXPENSIVE.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES, ALTERATIONS AND CHANGES:

When bookings are made on short notice, such bookings may be subject to a late booking fee. Short notice includes bookings made within 14 days of departure. Additionally, an administration fee will be applied if any permissible changes are made after a booking deposit has been received byEGT. There may also be surcharges applicable to Holiday travel.

LIMITED AVAILABILITY/CHANGE OF CELEBRITY, IF APPLICABLE:

All travel packages are offered Subject to Limited Availability. No bookings will be taken for an offered package which has been already fully booked. The determination of full booking is made solely by EGT. EGT also reserves the right to substitute any celebrity, if applicable to any package, who may for reasons beyond foreseeability and control, become unavailable. In such a case,EGT will use its best efforts to substitute another celebrity who, in EGT's sole discretion, will be deemed acceptable for such substitution. Any such substitution will be communicated to those who have and are booking as soon as possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDING CAR/VAN RENTALS:

EGT will make every reasonable effort to satisfy clients' needs and requirements, nevertheless, EGT reserves the exclusive right, at any time, to withdraw any application for reservation or to cancel any bookings made. In the event of any such withdrawal of application for reservation or cancellation of any booking, EGT, in no event, assumes any liability whatsoever with the singular exception that any deposit or payment made shall be refunded to the client upon such cancellation or application withdrawal. It should further be noted that EGT has/is engaging many individuals and companies in the planning and provision of the packages. These individuals, including celebrities and companies, are not under the control and direction of EGT but act independently, therefore, EGT cannot accept and expressly excludes any and all liability for any act or omission of any of these individuals, including celebrities and companies. EGT provides all tickets, transportation and accommodation documents, reservations, etc., as agents only, upon the express condition that EGT shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, irregularity or delay which may be occasioned by reason of any act or omission, negligent or otherwise, by any individual or company as aforesaid engaged in any part of the package. This includes, but is not limited to, air travel, land travel, providing of accommodations and food, beverage, etc.

Please note that air carriers may have limited liability for negligent acts and omissions regarding wrongful death, personal injury and baggage loss or damage. Said air carriers may also have limited liability for cancellations and delays. Air carriers operating to and from the U.S. are required to have tariffs with applicable U.S. governmental agencies in Washington, DC. Their tickets also relate information regarding their potential liability. Likewise, land carriers, hotels, restaurants, etc., worldwide may also have limited liability for negligent acts and omissions, knowledge of which is the sole responsibility of the client.

Any car/van rentals are subject to all of the terms and conditions of the car/van rental company from whom the rental is made and accepted. In most cases, the minimum acceptable age for car/van rental is 21 and the maximum is 75. Gas, tax and insurance on the rental car/van is not included in the package price and must be paid directly to the local car/van rental company unless otherwise specified. All rental fees are the sole responsibility of the client. Most vehicles are manual shift and not automatic. Automatic transmission vehicles are available on a limited basis. Any request for an automatic transmission vehicle should be made at the time of the initial reservation/booking.

EGT has no, and will assume no responsibility or liability for any car/van rental. All car/van rental contracts are strictly between you, the client, and the rental agency.
